Info About This Test
Based on the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Brief Resilience Scale (BRS). Measures five dimensions: Optimism, Emotional Regulation, Problem-Solving, Social Support, and Adaptability. Scoring uses dimensional analysis with 3 questions per dimension. Overall resilience is calculated as composite average across all dimensions.
